More calls straight to you, not through Thumbtack
We run your Google listing, your reviews and, when you're ready, your Google ads. You keep doing the tree work. All you need is your phone.
$250 a month plus $20 for each new customer who calls or texts you. Never more than $1,000 in a month unless you say so. One-time setup: $600.
Nothing starts until you sign a short agreement on your phone. The details are below.
What we do for you
This starts the day your website goes live.
- Text every customer a link to review you on Google, the day the job is done.
- Text back anyone whose call you miss, so the job doesn't go to someone else.
- Post your job photos on your Google listing every week, and answer your reviews.
- Put you on Apple Maps, Bing and Nextdoor with the right name and number.
- Fix your Thumbtack profile, including stump grinding and your hours.
- Keep your website running. This replaces the $25 care plan.
- Text you every Monday with your new calls, texts and reviews.
What you do
- Answer new calls fast, or call back the same day.
- Do the job and leave the yard clean.
- After each job, text Kevin “done,” the customer's first name and number, and a photo or two.
- Text PAUSE when you're booked up, and GO when you want more work.
That's it. No computer needed.
What it costs
- Setup, one time$600
- Every month$250
- Each new customer lead$20
- Most you pay us in a month$1,000
| New leads that month | You pay us |
|---|---|
| 10 | $450 |
| 25 | $750 |
| 40 or more | $1,000 |
If you add Google ads later, that ad money goes to Google and is separate.
A lead is a new customer who calls and talks for at least a minute. A text or website form about a job counts too. Spam, sales calls and your current customers don't count. Think one shouldn't count? Text Kevin within 7 days and we'll take it off.
Google ads, when you're ready
Google has ads that charge only when a customer calls or messages you. We start them once four things are in place: proof of insurance, a free tax ID (EIN), 10 Google reviews and a month of fast replies.
You pay Google from your own account, starting around $1,000 to $1,500 a month. We test for 60 days. If the ads don't bring in enough jobs, we stop them and keep the rest of the plan. Our $20 fee applies to these leads too.
Why not just Thumbtack?
On Thumbtack, a customer can message several pros at once. A customer who finds you on Google or your own website calls only you. Your Thumbtack reviews already show you do good work. This plan builds the same proof on Google.
Next steps
- Text YES to Kevin, or call with any questions.
- Kevin texts you a short agreement. You sign it on your phone with a code.
- Setup starts the day your website goes live. Your first Monday text comes within two weeks.
The fine print
- This plan adds to your website agreement (TCE-WEB-001). Its terms still apply.
- The first 3 months are the start-up period. After that it's month to month, and either of us can stop with 30 days' notice by text.
- Your Google, Apple, Bing and ad accounts are in your name. We're added as helpers, and you can see everything.
- When ads start, you pay Google directly and we never mark up ad costs. Your monthly report shows Google's charges and our fee separately. Google's guide for businesses that use outside help: Working with third parties.
- Our fee is one automatic charge each month: that month's base, plus last month's lead fees.
- We track where your calls come from. We don't record your calls.
- Business texting has to be registered with the phone companies. A free tax ID (EIN) makes that easier.
- No one can promise a number of calls, jobs or rankings, and we don't.
- Prices are reviewed once a year. These prices are good through November 30, 2026.
